Nokumo uses cookies on nokumo.net (the marketing website) and within the Nokumo platform (app.nokumo.net) for different purposes, described below.

  • `nk_session` β€” Authenticates your logged-in session on the Nokumo platform. Expires: session end.
  • `nk_csrf` β€” Prevents cross-site request forgery. Expires: session end.
  • `nk_pref` β€” Stores your interface preferences (language, timezone, dark mode). Expires: 1 year.
  • `cookieconsent` β€” Records your cookie consent choice. Expires: 1 year.

Analytics cookies (optional) These cookies help us understand how nokumo.net is used. All data is anonymised before processing.

  • `psr_id` β€” Set by Pulserio AG, our analytics provider. Tracks anonymised page views and session flows. No personal data stored. Expires: 90 days.
  • `psr_s` β€” Session identifier for Pulserio analytics. Expires: session end.

No advertising or tracking cookies Nokumo does not use advertising networks, retargeting cookies, Facebook Pixel, Google Ads tracking, or any cross-site behavioural tracking technology.

3. Third-Party Cookies

The only third-party cookies placed on nokumo.net originate from Pulserio AG, our analytics provider. Pulserio AG is a Swiss company operating under an EU adequacy decision. The data they collect is anonymised and not linked to personal identifiers.

If you embed a Nokumo booking widget on your property website, no Nokumo cookies are placed on your visitors' devices unless they actively initiate a booking flow.

5. Data Retention

Cookie data retention follows the individual cookie lifetimes listed in Section 2. Anonymised analytics data aggregated by Pulserio AG is retained for up to 3 years. No personal data is embedded in any Nokumo cookie.
