How to connect Nokumo Photo Check-in app (iOS & Android)
- 1Activate Photo Check-in in Nokumo
Sign in with your Nokumo account and enable the Photo Check-in integration for your property — the app uses the phone's own camera, so no additional hardware is required.
- 2Guests receive a QR code with their booking confirmation
Each guest gets a QR code or link with the booking confirmation (also sent automatically by email or SMS 24 hours before arrival), opening contactless check-in on their own phone.
- 3Guest scans their passport or ID on arrival
On arrival, the guest scans their passport or ID card with the phone camera — contactless — and OCR reads the data automatically.
- 4Data flows into the guest profile, registration filed automatically
The scanned data lands in the guest profile in Nokumo and the EU guest registration is filed automatically (e.g. eVisitor in Croatia) — fiscalisation-ready, with no manual typing.
