Create your account
Sign up at nokumo.net/trial. No credit card required. Your 14-day free trial starts immediately — all features included.
- Enter your property name, country, and number of units
- Verify your work email address
- Choose your primary business type (hotel, apartment, agency)
- Your dashboard is ready within 60 seconds

Connect your OTA channels
Nokumo connects to 60+ OTAs and booking platforms via two-way XML sync. Rate and availability changes push in real-time.
- Go to Settings → Channel Manager → Add Channel
- Select your OTA (Booking.com, Airbnb, Expedia, etc.)
- Enter your property ID and API credentials from the OTA extranet
- Enable two-way sync — availability and rates update automatically
- Test with a manual rate push before going live

Configure EU fiscal compliance
Nokumo handles Croatian fiscalisation (ePorezna), Slovenian FURS, German KassenSichV/TSE, and TOMS — set up once, automated forever.
- Go to Settings → Compliance → select your country
- For Croatia: enter your OIB and ePorezna certificate (uploaded from FINA)
- For Slovenia: enter your FURS EOR prefix and VAT number
- For Germany: connect your TSE device or cloud TSE provider
- Run a test fiscal document — Nokumo validates the signature chain
- Enable automatic eVisitor tourist levy reporting if required

Go live
Your Nokumo specialist will schedule a 30-minute go-live call to confirm everything is working before your first real reservation.
- Review your reservation calendar — existing bookings imported
- Confirm OTA channels are two-way synced
- Issue one test invoice using the POS terminal
- Schedule your go-live call with your EU specialist
- Activate the direct booking engine on your website
